  1. Policy Development
    Be an effective Force in the legislative process

    1. Communicate legislative issues to membership through information received from OkACTE officers and encourage members to participate in the voting process

        Officers

        Interested members

      2. Encourage all members to participate in 3-for-all via the newsletter. Follow-up data will be collected at Summer Conference

    2. Increase awareness and encourage membership in OkACTE PAC

      1. Encourage members to volunteer to aid campaigns of candidates supportive of career and technology education and guidance.

      3. Provide PAC information and envelopes to Guidance Division membership through division meetings

    3. Encourage all members to attend state and national legislative activities:

  2. Professional Leadership Development

    1. Encourage greater participation in leadership positions, awards & committees

      3. Continue Guidance/Special Needs Leadership Conference (February/March)
      4. Select and groom a divisional member(s) to run for state and/or national office and/or committee appointments within ACTE Guidance Division, Region IV and OkACTE
